2. Creating a Fixing

Once you are ready to create a shipment i.e. (you want to receive the goods onto the system) you need to create a fixing. 

A fixing is essentially an intention to receive stock.

Commercial > The relevant Purchase Contract > Contract Card (main Page) > Create Fixing

Select the desired Warehouse you wish to receive the goods and click > Create Fixing

Review the Fixing and Create if you happy to proceed.

Once you are ready to Move the delivered product click > Move.
