What is my account ID?

Your account ID is assigned when you first sign up with Agri-ERP. Typcially a Rakata support engineer or your assigned system administrator will have created this user login.

If you cannot remember your account login ID please contact our Support team support@rakata.co.uk.

Can I change my account ID?

Yes, it is possible to change your account ID. Contact support@rakata.co.uk who will be happy to assist you with this task.

Log in name and password

To log in you’ll need your login ID name and password. This is the login name and password first provided when you were signed up by your system administrator.  If you have been added as a new staff member the password will be emailed to you.

 

Resetting passwords

Passwords are automatically generated for new staff members and emailed to them.

If you have forgotten your password, click the Password forgotten? link to request a reset; this will be emailed to you.

Logging out of Agri-ERP

To log out click on the sign-out icon at the top right of the application.

 

You will also be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
